Gstaad Biking Destination

The biking region of Gstaad is home to over 500 kilometres of GPS tours for mountain bikers, road bikers and e-bikers, signposted routes, an e-bike charging system, specialised biking hotels, two pumptracks as well as other facilities. Gstaad is first and foremost a destination for visitors wishing to ride on technically moderate routes while combining their sporting activities with typically „gstaad-like“ experiences.

This versatile tour winds along the Bernese cantonal and language border with French-speaking Switzerland. In the process, the trail leads through unknown valleys and dreamy landscapes, all the way to the picturesque village of Abländschen. The route is also well suited for e-mountain bikers.

E-Bike

Discover the diverse Alpine scenery in the Destination Gstaad the easy way on two wheels with a little electronic support. The signposted routes with their varying degrees of difficulty provide exercise-lovers with the perfect opportunity to explore the superb highlights of the area. There are many battery-charging stations located at the destination villages.


Road bike

Gstaad is still an insider’s tip for all road bikers who want to ride amid Alpine scenery along a range of routes while still having a good time. Discover the many varied tours around Gstaad from May to October. The range of routes on offer is immense – and includes wide mountain pass roads, narrow side roads and stretches that take you over the cantonal border. Gravelbike

Gstaad is also worth a visit as a gravel bike region. The various valleys, the alpine landscapes and the varied routes offer a true gravel bike playground for all those who are not afraid of a few meters of altitude. And of course, in between, the pleasure aspect should not be ignored. From June to October, the diverse tours around Gstaad can be discovered. Whether on narrow side roads, natural alpine roads or easy trails - the range of routes offers a lot of fun on the gravel bike.
