From the famous village of Gstaad to historic Gsteig, the cross-country ski trail leads into the valley, always alongside the rushing Saane. Thanks to its sunny and quiet location and the gentle gradients, the trail is particularly suitable for pleasure skiers.

The start of the trail to Gsteig is in Gstaad, not far from the famous promenade. Crossing the Saane river several times, the route runs via Grund to Chlösterli.

There are bus connections back to Gstaad at the Chlösterli end point, but also at various places along the route.
